show 9/15/12

hey friends and non friends,

we have a show with x- new flesh, friend collector on 9 / 15 / 12

they are a friend stealer.

show up to the show and rage.

DAMNED BY THE LIGHT...

Mikko from DAMNED BY THE LIGHT just did this interview that has great questions , digging a little into tile's history and what is up with the new album.

FRIEND STEALER / HITCHHIKER RSD 7'' now available here...

Our friends overseas have been stacking up on these Record Store Day releases. I don't blame them
because there are only 100 of them. The total amount Tile has is dwindling down for sure.

if you are overseas, you can pick the release up from Kaos Kontrol ( Finish label)
and our friends over at Kult of Nihilow ( Finish label).

We are very stoked on the responses to that release as Friend Stealer is one of the 9 tracks
to be on the new album " You Had A Friend In Pennsylvania" .
Put out by Ken and Dean at Limited Appeal Records.

As far as the album goes, we are mixing and doing vocals at the end of the month.
A Fall release will happen. No idea on the number of copies but once we work that out,
I will post up some ordering information.

You Had a Friend in Pennsylvania...

here we embark on the drum tracks . jared behind the controls. His studio is wherever he wants
but has told us he will be building one in his basement of his new house. check out his skills.

tim needed some Iron Maiden for inspiration but where i was standing, it looked like Ron Maiden

Jared was snapping away photos during the whole session. When ever we record with with, it is
just a fun session. goofing off, getting it all done. the way it should happen.

Tile has poured a year of frustration, toothache, and all into this release . It is our first full album.
We just need to embark on a tour and shows outside the Lehigh Valley.

we are recording the album for Limited Appeal Records this weekend. It has been awhile since we embarked on this project. Some have forgot, some have been egging us on to get it done and it is with out a doubt, happening this weekend.

look for a fall release from Limited Appeal and a small tour to start that off right.
